Flue Gas Economisers

One of the best ways to increase the efficiency of your boiler plant is to install a flue gas economiser. These units can either be incorporated directly into the boiler or mounted separately. Economisers can be fit to a boiler at time of manufacture or retrofit on site to existing plant (regardless of age) with reductions in your fuel bill of between 4% and 6% a realistic expectation.

Bespoke Tanks

Our flexibility of manufacture means that we can build bespoke tanks to suit your exact requirements including feed water tanks, bunded oil tanks, and condensate return tanks.

Steam Accumulators

If you're running a little short on steam, the solution may be to install a steam accumulator. The accumulator acts as a buffer, evening out the load on the boiler in processes where the steam demand shows characteristic peaks and troughs. Each accumulator is custom made to suit your specific needs, and is certified to British Standard.
